All orders are checked for defects before shipment. If you received any faulty products, please contact us within 7 days with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange.
Kindly note that all apparels with sequins, beads, pearls, tangling accessories should be hand-washed carefully. Other wrong or careless treatment may lead to damage.
Products size is specified. Customers are welcome to e-mail us for enquiry before order.
Return or exchange policy is inapplicable to any products with size problems - too big, too tight, too short or long, etc.
Measurement inaccuracy may vary within 0.5"-1". In such cases, it will not be considered as a defect and no exchange or return is allowed.
All pictures are photography of real items. Please e-mail us before purchase if you have any problems.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the product until the it is returned. It must be returned to us in its original condition.
- Postage cost is paid by IKEION.
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
- If the defect is found to occur after we have delivered the item, refund or exchange are not allowed, e.g. damage or stain after washing or wearing

If the item is not available for exchange, the amount that you have paid will be refunded to your member account for your future order.
